Warranty

This warranty applies to the original purchaser or gift recipient. Any warranty claims and / or returns must be approved prior to item being returned. Please contact Texas Sidewinder Rods for return information. Please package fishing rod properly to prevent shipping damage and include $20 to cover return shipping of repaired or replaced rod.

Texas Sidewinder Rods offers a lifetime warranty which covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. These items will be repaired or replaced at no cost if the cause is determined to be other than abuse, neglect or misuse of the rod. Texas Sidewinder Rods reserves the right to make that determination.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the rod and does not cover consequential damages due to the failure of the rod.

To prevent damage to your custom fishing rod, it is crucial to take the appropriate care. Any breakage to components such as guides, handles and reel seats are not covered under warranty. If such damage occurs, we would be happy to repair your fishing rod. Please call us for return information and pricing.

Some states don't allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
